There is someone on the tower and from how they peacock, Cam knows he is Blue bastard. He pause, contemplating whether he should intrude or stroll on his merry way

He had escaped the house—escape being a mild word for concern. The house arrest hasn't been lifted but the doors has been unlocked.

Cam can not venture out as he pleases, sternly instructed to begin his daily chores past lunchtime and to return when the sun is still a fiery golden ball.

None of the instructions had stated Cam is allowed clandestine night strolls to the watchtower. That Cam is allowed a night stroll period. He had calculated that Blue bastard will be at the office until midnight but as usual, he'd fucked up that simple calculation too.
