“For the time being, you should stay here. You should give told me right away because you are no longer new to me.” Ava handed me the blanket and pillow when we were in the guest room. Her eyes were troubled, but she didn't appear to want to ask, maybe because she was scared it would make me feel the same way. Ava was terrified when we arrived because she feared something had occurred. I didn't even inform them or Turstin about Alex, while their only thought was on Archer and Randall.
