“Hey, what’s going on? Everyone seems so lively,” I asked Mikan curiously as we walked towards our classroom. Steph was following us.

The students today were buzzing like bees, and wherever I looked, they were engaged in conversations and appeared to be happy.

“Oh, you don’t know? It’s our senior high field trip tomorrow!”

Mikan’s eyes sparkled with excitement.
