Chapter 117
Flipping through the book in front of him, Dylan sighed heavily. It’s been three days, but it felt like it just happened a day ago. Every time, his mind races back to Mark and how angry and disturbed Mona is.
“Free her from the room. Stop treating her like a prisoner,” his wolf advised.
Dylan shook his head in disapproval. “I had no intention of treating her like a prisoner. I am only doing this to protect her. You know what she would do if allowed out of that room.”
“Even if she does, you would be there to save her,” he said.
Shutting his eyes tightly, Dylan tried to ignore his wolf. He also wants things to be sorted between himself and Mona badly. However, judging by the report he gets from the maids who feed her, she is still so angry and promises to make him pay for everything he has done to her.
