Chapter 17

“Follow me,” Liam commanded after the intruder scurried out like a chicken.

Nicole’s soul and spirit were already latched onto Liam and following him, but her body was frozen solid.

Grunting, he grabbed her arm and planted a kiss on her lips. Nicole felt like she was about to explode. She melted into his body, kissing him in a frenzy. Her hands were everywhere and nowhere. She had long ached to trace the ink on his skin and now that she had the opportunity, she wanted all of it.

He pulled away and held her arm. She whimpered, and the need for him raged within her.

“Not here, Nicole,” he panted, resting his forehead on hers. His voice was rough and she loved it.

“Where?” She asked, not recognizing her own voice.
