"Mother, Mother!" The tiny voice of a little girl called as my eyes opened to the blinding rays of sunlight that were coming from the balcony. It took me a while to process where I was, as I had slept in a completely new place.

Groaning and stretching, I stood up from the huge bed and walked towards the balcony to take in the morning sight of the Kingdom of Latvera.

"Mother, wait for me!" The little girl cried again as I spotted a girl in a pink dress and a white hat running towards a tall, noble woman who happened to be stretching out her arms to her daughter. The moment she held her mother's hands, she threw her arms around her mother's legs as a smile appeared on my face. Soon, I will experience this with my child.

Latvera seemed like a peaceful pack as people freely walked around with smiles on their faces, but then I remembered that not all of them in the pack were nice, as last night's incident resurfaced to me.
