“Madeline!” Vance bellowed thunderously summoning the residential matron.

The older woman in her forties announced herself and knelt before her Alpha. “This omega needs to be punished. Give her ten silver lashes.” The crowd gasped as they began to murmur among themselves.

“Silence!” The room went still and the voices hushed. He commanded their attention towards me. I took a glance around the room. “This woman at my side is Sianna Stone, your Luna!” He roared “Any disrespect to her is also a disrespect to me. Treat her well or face my wrath.” He paused to give them time to note my face. I smiled. “She will be properly announce within a few days at the Luna Ceremony.”

“I didn’t know, Alpha.” Wendy begged as she held her injured throat to force her voice out. “I won’t do it again!” The wails in her voice annoyed me. “I thought that she was one of the others that you have casual sex with.”
