Chapter 305. Pretending to Be Good

After letting go of Veronica Parker, Nick Cage went to the bathroom.

Veronica Parker frowned and wanted to leave, but she knew very well that even if she walked out of the room, she would still end up in his room and probably he would get mad at her.

She slept soundly and insisted on getting her in his room. Veronica Parker could not understand him.

'But where did he come from? He smelled like alcohol. Did he go to the bar?' Veronica Parker asked herself.

Nick Cage came out of the shower, he walked towards the bed and stood in front of Veronica Parker. He could hear her sleeping peacefully in his bed.

Instead of messing with her, he just lifted the quilt and laid beside her. He hugged her and they slept together.

When Nick Cage got up in the morning, he could not help waking up by the small knock on the door of his kids.

After breakfast, Nick Cage sent his six little ones to school.

And sent Veronica Parker to the TV station.
