The blood color was finally normal.
Megan sighed with relief at that. She was almost done, and it was almost dawn. So much for catching some sleep. She yawned and stretched herself. Out of curiosity, she opened his shirt, or what was left of it, and was glad when she was no longer looking at ugly gashes but healing wounds. Most just looked like angry bruises, meaning that they were well on their way to healing.

Megan sagged against the wall, she closed her eyes hoping to catch a quick nap. She shook herself awake after a while and found that she dozed off for about ten minutes. She checked her patient and saw that the cut on his wrist was completely healed, that the wounds on his chest were almost faded out.
