After brainstorming for an hour and evaluating various ideas, they finally settled on sending Victoria to Ashton’s kingdom.

Daniel Neptune had initially wanted to bring her to his own territory. Still, since he was the King of the Dark Witches, his realm was entirely unsuitable for Victoria’s daily living conditions. Furthermore, he couldn’t possibly bring her to his sanctuary in the Himalayas, where the freezing temperatures plummeted far beyond what a hybrid in her condition could handle. If she were purely a witch, navigating the extreme altitude wouldn’t have posed an issue, but her human physiology would struggle immensely to survive such a harsh climate.

He wanted to ensure she lived comfortably, rather than adding more physical hardships to a life already riddled with complications. They needed to change her location temporarily because they were entirely aware that Christopher knew Vict
