“Block every entrance! He must not escape!” Alpha Allen roared out to the guards, pulling Queen Chriselda close for safety.

The Queen was looking terrified by the Alpha Cat’s sudden action, but not as terrified as the people of Wolf Fall.

They were bringing each other down, in the name of escaping the werecat’s terror. You won’t blame them. They are all scared and don’t know what the tiger would do now that he’s free.

“Evolet!” Mom yelled, taking hold of my hand and trying to make a way out of the panic-stricken crowds.

Her grip was rough on me, but not as rough as the terrified people, who was pushing each other down with no concern.

“Cadell!” I yelled, looking behind to make sure he was close to me. Indeed he was, but his attention was mainly at the werecat who was beating the hell out of the guards, and somewhere else.

I couldn’t tell what was in Cadell’s mind at that moment, but It felt like he was making a risky plan in that head
