After hiding from Elly for a week, he got off work on time that afternoon and walked into their house with a bunch of beautiful pink carnations.

She looked at every fresh and tender petal, she understood the meaning of this kind of flower. She looked at the Alex' eyebrows, eagle eyes, towering nose and plump lips. Elly's soft voice seemed to be afraid of breaking the sweet atmosphere.
