Lucy's POV 

I stared at him without blinking my eyes or shifting my gaze. “You mean it?” I communicated with him through my eyes and he nodded. 

“Yes, I mean it.” He said. “We don't need to hide our relationship anymore, just that in school we will behave official when the case arises we have to act as mates, then we will.” 

I jumped up, hanging on his body, draping my hands over his neck with excitement. The guards who were now some meters away turned at the sound of my voice. They all pulled their hands over their eyes when they saw me pressed hard against Eric's body and his hands supporting my ass. 

“Will you turn around and go report yourselves!” He scolded them. “I'll make sure you all are punished appropriately for assaulting my mate.” 

I watched as three of the men sank to the ground in shock hearing this. I bet they never knew who I was, even after the Alpha came to rescue me. Maybe they thought I was j
