Aaron looked at Aana and wiped her tears. She held his hand and kissed his palm.
"How do you know our baby is not he but she?" Aana asked.
"I just felt that... Did you go for a gender test?"
"no but I also had a feeling that I'm going to give birth to a girl child," she replied, keeping her hand over Aaron's hand which is on her belly.
"You don't know Aaron how badly I wanted to live this moment with you." Smile vanished from her face upon hearing his words and reality hit him hard. He detached his hand from her and stood up from the bench. Aana was looking at him dumbstruck, not able to understand what happened suddenly.
"How did you want to live this moment with me? By hiding the truth?" He scoffed. Aana bowed her eyes feeling guilty. She has a realisation that she did wrong but the damage is done.
"I'm sorry" She mumbled.
"You're not... if you were then you would have told me the truth when I asked
