Izabella and Yzobelle became even closer since they were confronted with their true identity as twin sisters fathered by the monarch King of Grisean, according to their Aunt Xania. 

They discovered that their Aunt Astria had assigned Aunt Xania to care for the test tube twin sisters. And they were even more shocked when they learned that Aunt Astria had a secret crush on their acknowledged father of Izabella, Doctor Jones, And the best thing about being close as siblings was when her stepbrother Jeremy became Yzobelle's boyfriend. 

Their Aunt Xania had no objection to their relationship though it was now known how a wolf attacked Jeremy and his blood got infected; thus, he shifted once a month with his stepsister Izabella. The only change in the two of them being together as siblings was that Yzobelle had been busy with her relationship with Jeremy, so sometimes she could not refuse Robert's invitation, as she owed a lot to him for saving her life several times
