Elina’s POV

Waking up to realize that the young man who claimed to care about me had disappeared made everything look more confusing and mysterious to me.

I jumped up from the mat, I looked at the wrist watch my brother gave me and it was already 7am. I wobbly walked out of the room, feeling a little bit sleepy. My eyes were blurry and I barely had enough strength. My body aches. I couldn't sleep well last night, all thanks to the stranger.

The stranger who claimed his name was Mateo just said last night that he would be a nice friend, yet even though I haven't said yes to him, he has started showing me what he would do. He just disappeared.

All men are jerks, I think it is probably because he felt so lonely and needed to talk to someone and I was the only one available, so to get what he wanted, he needed me to talk to. Thank goodness that I never believed a word he said to me.
