Chapter 123. Her Scent on Someone

Victoria's POV

  ''Eric is here.'' those words from him made my legs weak and I couldn't stand properly on my feet.

  ''Easy.'' Elliot rushed to me and held me before I could reach the floor. He made me sit on the couch and took the seat beside me.

  I felt fear and panic rush all over my body as I realized Eric was here, it was just two years ago, and he already knew I was here. I thought I had already succeeded in hiding from him, but I never knew he would find me so easily.

  ''Is he here because of me?'' I asked in fear, 

  ''No.'' Elliot shook his head, ''He is here for a business meeting, and will only stay here for three days.'' he responded with an assuring smile.
