Chapter 24

Nico and I are celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. The kids are with their grandparents and we’re taking a week off from them. It’s been awhile since Nico and I spent time with just the two of us.

Jeremy and Jessica love to tag along but their grandparents bribed them with lots of toys so they let us go.

For our anniversary, we decided to go to Bali. I’ve been wanting to go here so bad. My plan was to bring the kids but Nico begged me to just the two of us. He misses me and these days, he’s turning into a clingy man.

“Are you excited?” He asked. We just landed in Bali 10 minutes ago and we’re walking to the immigration and baggage claim.

“I’m excited.”

“I’m more than excited.” He said as he held my hands tightly.

“I know.” I looked at him knowing what he wanted.

After having kids, doing the deed has been pretty hard. We’ve been trying to sneak away from the kids hut eventually they will call us for something. That’s why we go for dinner
