Chapter 118. A Visitor in the Office

Ellie's POV

It is such an inexplicable joy to see things working so smoothly. I didn't know working for Damian in this motel would be this smooth, fun, and fulfilling as it is now. My team is doing pretty incredible, according to the report I am reading, and I can't explain the glee. I must concede that I was skeptical at the beginning, but now I am super-impressed by my achievements and my team. And I am grateful to Damian for putting his trust in me. This is joy. This is life.
