Chapter 36

Hazel entered her room with the help of Noah, After spending time with the maids and guards 

“Thanks for your help” Hazel muttered and sat down slowly on the couch 

As she settled into the plush cushions, Hazel let out a gentle sigh of relief, feeling the softness envelop her weary body. Noah sat down beside her, his eyes filled with concern and love.

"You're welcome, my dear," he said, gently taking her hand in his. "You need to rest. You've had a long day."

Hazel nodded, her eyelids drooping slightly as she gazed at Noah. 

"I'm just so grateful to be home," she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Noah smiled and squeezed her hand. "We're grateful to have you home, Hazel. You're where you belong."

As they sat there in comfortable silence, Hazel felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew she was loved, cared for, and safe. And for now, that was all that mattered.
