Chapter 81
Blair’s POV
“Ronnell,” My breath caught in my throat as I spotted him amidst the crowd. My heart pounded so violently, that I thought it might burst. As he approached, I realized I was still clutching the silly sign with his name scrawled across it. Two weeks felt like an eternity. Any resistance I’d built up to his magnetic pull had vanished. The sight of him sent a shiver down my spine, and seeing him again made my knees weak for so many reasons.
Firstly, I missed him.
Secondly, I intended to inform him that Nathan is his son and share the reasons that led me to conceal this information initially.
Thirdly, I planned on leaving his house.
Finally, he made it to me, dropping his bag at our feet. Knuckles underneath his jaw, he tipped my head back.
“My princess, you look stunning.”
“Hi, Ronnell. Thanks,” I replied, blushing.
