Celine blinked her eyes, still confused by everything that happened. "Nico...?" Her voice was weak, almost a whisper.  

Nico smiled in relief, his hand grasping Celine's tightly. "Honey... You're awake... Oh my God, you're back..."  

Celine frowned, trying to understand the situation. "Me... Where am I?"  

Nico swallowed, trying to contain his emotions. "You're in the hospital, sweetheart. You had a pregnancy hemorrhage..."  

Celine's eyes widened. "My baby?!"  

Nico hurriedly soothed. "They're safe, darling. Our children are fine. A boy and a girl... They just need time in the incubator because they were born prematurely."  

Celine looked deeply at Nico, tears starting to run down her cheeks. "They're safe...?"  

Nico nodded firmly. "Yes, my dear. You gave birth to them safely... You survived too. I thought..." Her voice choked. "I thought I lost you..."
