Chapter 166
Much to Brooklyn's surprise, she wasn't as good as hiding as she thought.
Eyes followed her through the school halls and she groaned when she heard whispers about her and Harry.
This was all his fault.
Brooklyn gritted her teeth and stopped by her locker. She stuffed her books inside and shut the locker, spinning round to see Harry. "Jesus!" She gasped. "Leave me alone!"
"You're standing by my locker," Harry said in a low drawl and pointed to the locker beside Brooklyn. Brooklyn flushed slightly and quickly stepped to the side, leaving room between then as Harry stepped forward and opened his locker. "You do realise it is very obvious when you see me in the corridor, duck and then rush away."
"I-I've not done that!" Brooklyn lied and Harry raised an eyebrow.
