Chapter 173

Lance was in the wooden house beside Alayana’s castle. Somehow after everything he has been through he feels at peace instead.

“Maybe there is nothing wrong with being a normal person” he thought while drinking his coffee. Looking at the scenery outside he feels better without having to do anything.

Just as he was relaxing he heard his assistant voice in his mind “Queen got miscarried, Mr. Lance”

Lance smirked and was not surprised. “I expected it.”

“Is it?” his assistant asked. He thought Lance would be disappointed because Lance can’t get a chance to place his request in front of the King now. Their deal is to prevent the queen from miscarrying then the King would accept his one request. But now he missed the chance.

“Queen has been poisoned before making her almost infertile. Even if she gets pregnant, it can’t stay long. For years the King and queen have been looking for methods of treatments but failed. So, I thought Alayana’s blood could be a cure
