Chapter 170. Boy Next Door

If it weren’t for the decent salary, Kin probably would’ve quit by now.

Hazel glanced at Damon, who was still eating with great enthusiasm, and silently rolled her eyes. She was certain she couldn’t keep working with such a boss.

“We haven’t had a chance to eat, and the next meal doesn’t seem like it will be anytime soon,” Kin said, his voice full of grievance.

Hazel felt a twinge of sympathy, but then she remembered that Kin was siding with Damon. It wasn’t her fault if he couldn’t manage his own assistant, so that sympathy quickly faded.

After finishing breakfast, Hazel left with Xander. Damon and Kin, to her surprise, followed them out.

She thought after all the morning’s commotion, they would finally take care of their own matters, but as they waited for their cars, Damon lingered behind, not leaving.

Thankfully, their car arrived quickly, and without saying a word to Damon, Hazel got in and left.

Damon didn’t follow this time. Instead,
