Rose’s POV

My heart was beating so fast, and uncontrollable tears rushed down from my eyes as I left the room after I said something horrible to Alpha Kanen. Now I know what he’ll think of me, and I wouldn’t blame him at all. He can think whatever he wants to think. I had no other choice; I was really helpless and confused. The thought of losing him made me go insane, and I didn’t know how to feel.

My life was a mess, and I was literally running mad. Why did I say such a thing? What will I gain if I push him away?
