Rose’s POV

Elise just chuckled and looked at me with a cold gaze. It was as if she wanted to hit me right there on the spot.

“What did you just say? You don’t care? You want to stop this war?” She said while coming closer to me with a scary look on her face.

My heart beat so fast, Trying to avoid her though I was stuck. If I were to act tough, There was no way for me to escape, So I tried avoiding her gaze while trying to drift away.

“You’re even scared of me, And you dare to act tough when you have no power against me? You know I can kill you right at this spot and there is nothing you can do about it,” She said as I smirked.

She was surprised by the way I reacted. As though I was the main villain when I was not. I really wanted to stop reacting the way I was because it was useless at that point, But I couldn’t just help it. I was over rage with anger that I couldn’t help it.

“You think you’re so tough huh? I won’t be surprised if you try
