Chapter 220. Goodbye
My baby was okay, and I've never been happier in my life. The doctor told me that it was a rare case of Braxton Hicks contractions, and I have nothing to worry about. They are nothing more than the contractions of the uterus preparing to give birth to the baby.
My doctor recommended that I take medication that would assist in preventing uterine contractions as well as reducing their frequency. He also suggested that I reduce my exposure to stress, as well as increase the amount of water to take, and I have to exercise in the morning, and take a rest for the remaining hours of the day.
My phone vibrated and I checked it quickly, only to see a message from Sebastian, but I didn’t dare to open it. I had no interest in reading any more of his justifications.
