I don’t doubt what Tyler is saying. He’s a straight shooter who believes the truth is better no matter how ugly. He has never lied to me in our friendship for all he is. It’s one of the reasons I still have patience for him.
Some details from that night start to slide into place, and my rose-tinted memory of Jordan’s behavior begins to filter through.
