Chapter 109. I’m Calling Her a Mute

Cody dashed toward the pond instantly. Candace was in the mud at this point. Cody was so pissed off as he shouted, “Stop!” And then, he ran toward them and broke the crowd.

Candace only started to cry as she saw her brother.

Cody noticed the little scratches on her face and arms. Her dress was even torn. He whipped around and dashed toward Tylor and Betty. Other kids were scared by the way Cody looked. They ran away immediately.

Cody’s friend also came to help. Betty had never been beaten before. When she found her hair was a mess now, she started to cry, “You guys are such bullies! I’m gonna tell Granny about this! I’m gonna make you pay for this, you little mute!”

Cody broke away from Tylor, glaring at Betty angrily, “Who are you calling a mute?!”

Betty pointed at Candace. She was not scared, “I’m calling her a mute! She’s a mute! It’s your Mom’s fault! Your Mom is a bad woman! She made Tylor’s grandma sick! Your Mom is a social climber! She married y
