I left the castle. Then since I knew Helena was in danger, I changed into a bat and flew to Duke Firebury’s castle. After landing there, I changed into human form again three feet away from the gate. When I knocked, the guards eyed me suspiciously.

I didn’t have time for this, so I shouted, “I need to meet with your Alpha. It is about life and death!”
