Chapter 121
Thea's point of view
I stepped out of the washing room, fixing my robe on my body properly, as water trickled down my body. My eyes fell on the figure that was waiting for me on the bed.
Immediately, I hurried to the door, and it wasn't even locked from the inside. I sighed, locking it with my magic. I spun around and my brown eyes watched my lover, comfortably seated on the bed.
"Seriously, anyone could have easily wandered in and found you here," I said, dumping the towel on the dressing table. I sighted my brooch on the table, grabbed it, tossing it into my wooden drawer. I grabbed a new towel and used it to dry my wet and sticky hair.
"By anyone, you mean Killian, don't you?" I heard him say behind me, catching the look on his face through the mirror.
"This isn't the time to get reckless, love. If we get caught, everything fails, and my plans of revenge all these years would have been for nothing," I reminded, grabbing a dress from the rack.
