I leaned deeper on my arm that was against the wall and my deep hazel eyes never pulled away from her. I watched her as she faded out of sight. It took me everything I had not to go after her. I hoped she was alright. That arrow wasn't meant to hurt her that badly. I just needed it to graze her so I could get her blood on it. But now I was left with nothing.
