Mine and Zander's eyes went wide. "Of course, it had to be Agnes' and Agatha's father." I was not surprised at all.

"Shit!" Zander mumbled under his breath. "My mother told me this story over and over, but I never got the name of the dark witches' leader."

"Yes, my boy. King Lucifer is as evil as they come, he tried to kill young Rosalinda that day, but Endymion saved her. The witches eventually retreated and Helios was so thankful that Endymion saved his baby girl, he granted him the gift of telekinesis."

"That's how I got my gift, Hazel, I got it because I'm a descendant of Endymion."

"Oh wow, this is all so bizarre." I rubbed my fingers over my temples. "So what happened next Zander?"

"Well, it was said that Selene was looking down one night and saw Helios making love to Akila and she lost it. She came down to earth and she hit him across the head so hard, he passed out for days."
