The realization that I was going to be a mother filled me with a mixture of excitement and apprehension. It was warm, beautiful, and terrifying all at once. "I never thought I’d have children so soon." I admitted, smiling faintly as I looked at the women gathered around me. "I always imagined it would be later, when things were more stable."

Hannah laughed, a light, melodious sound. "Life has a way of surprising us, doesn’t it? You’ll be a wonderful mother, Moana. And we’ll be here to support you every step of the way." She leaned closer, her eyes soft with affection.

Philemona nodded in agreement. "You’ve always been strong, Moana. This will be no different. Besides, you have us." Her smile carried the quiet confidence of someone who genuinely believed every word.

Tina reached out, taking my hand in hers and gently squeezed it. "And the twins will be thrilled to have a sibling from another mother. They’ll be the best protectors." She laughed softly.
