Edna was rushed to the hospital in an emergency situation. Alpha Darrel was still in the meeting that took almost forever, he kept feeling uncomfortable but he thought it’s because he has had nothing to eat yet.

The meeting was about to end already when he got a call, he excused himself to pick the call.

“Hey.” He said to the person on the phone. It was Lilian and he recognized her voice the moment he heard it. Hearing her voice made him remember what Edna said to him few nights ago, he was wondering if she has decided to summon the courage and tell him about it.

“Something just happened here at the house,” Lilian said to him sounding like it was a very serious issue. Alpha Darrel had no idea what it was or if it’s a person and he also thought it might be her and his mother trying to pull a prank so that he will rush back to the the house.
