Edna POV

“Good morning dad.” I greeted excitedly as I stepped out of my room. I have not been in a good chatty mood for a while now and today I decided to change that and just accept whatever happens. My dad was also happy to see me looking happy.

“Are you going somewhere he asked?” I smiled and shook my head. He didn’t believe me.

“I’m a serious dad, I’m not going anywhere.” My dad was finding it hard to trust what I said because I was dressed like someone going somewhere.

“So you are dressed like this just to stay home?” My dad aided me and I nodded my head. It was time for breakfast so we both headed to the dining area.

I sat down and reserved the seat beside me for Amber.

“Heard she moved into your room.” My dad said to me and we both started laughing. Amber joined us for dinner and soon the other family joined. I know how they can be so I decided not to change my mood to make them win, I have to keep pretending like I’m excited so they
