Alpha Darrel POV

I knew that Edna would have no one available to take care of her in the house if I leave for work that’s why I took it as a responsibility to watch after her and make sure that she recovers as fast as possible.

While I was on the dinning I watched mom yell angrily. I wanted to reply her but I was still too upset with her and

I had no words for her. She made Edna miss her birthday party and not only did she make her miss it, she put the young girl’s life at risk. If Edna was not my wife I would still be upset because that was totally wrong for mom to do.

After the breakfast I walked away from the dinning and headed back to the room so that I can help Edna out of the bathtub. I know mom was going crazy because of the silent treatment I was giving her, but this was my way of telling her that I didn’t abs would never approve if what she did to Edna.
