Chapter 89. Three Months Later
The rain was pouring nonstop in the past week.
Every drop of water is evidence that nature was working hard to help Duradel recover from the devastating fire three months ago.
Many houses were burned to ashes, and several residents lost their lives. The once lush and green forests surrounding the city now turned into a bleak expanse of black charcoal that was distressing to behold.
It was there that Lev and Raphael discovered the bodies of Henry and Etana after the fire had consumed them both for several hours.
