Amelie’s POV

“So, Amelie, what are you doing this weekend while Nathan is away?” Vivian asked.

“I’m actually just having a fun day with Eliza tomorrow, and Morgan has her fashion show for the NY Fashion Weekend,” I replied.

“I’m attending on Sunday, when are you going?” Vivian asked.

“Morgan’s show is Sunday afternoon,” I answered.

“Oh, that’s fantastic,” Vivian exclaimed. “Maybe we’ll see each other.”

“Maybe,” I responded.

My phone rang. It’s Madison. “Sorry, I have to take this call, Vivian,” I advised. “I’ll be right back.”

I walked out of the café to the lobby.

“Hey, Madison,” I answered.

“Hi, Amelie,” she said.
