“For now, don’t care him. He needs time to reflect on his mistakes.”
“Do you want to stay at my house these past few days? Anyway, Ryan often goes to meet his ex-girlfriend, so he doesn’t have time to take care of you, right?”
Lani hesitated for a moment before suggesting, and Aurora nodded.
“So, could you and Kane allow me to stay at your house for a few days? Right now, I don’t want to see Ryan temporarily.”
Aurora spoke wearily. Recent events had made her very sad, so her face did not look cheerful. She sat, hugging a pillow on the sofa, her gaze downcast, long eyelashes trembling slightly, giving her a lonely appearance.
“Hey, don’t think about that. Ryan sees things differently than you do; it doesn’t mean he doesn’t love you.”
Seeing Aurora’s disheartened state, Lani hurriedly offered comforting words. Aurora smiled.
“Yeah, I know. But hearing Ryan say I don’t understand and then acting childish makes me unable to be happy.”
