Chapter 49. The Revelation
Nathan left Miranda's house feeling dejected. He had hoped that he could salvage their relationship, but it seemed like she needed more time to think about things. He tried to push those thoughts out of his head as he made his way back to his apartment, but his mind kept drifting back to Miranda. When he got home, he collapsed on the couch and turned on the TV, trying to distract himself.
