Sherena fidgeted beside the steering wheel in the scorching heat of the sun, stuck in the middle of the congested road. Even though Edrik had raised the car's AC temperature, she repeatedly pressed her face against the car window, peering at the vehicles beside them that were also trapped in traffic.
"It seems like the queue is still long, Boo! I can't take it anymore. It's so hot and stuffy," Sherena complained.
"What should we do then? Should I increase the AC temperature again?" Edrik asked, concerned that Sherena might be exposed to too much cold air.
Sherena shook her head. "No! I shouldn't. I might catch a cold, and that's not good for the baby," Sherena responded weakly.
