Alex engulfed her into his arms not minding her tears which wet his clothes. " Should I take you to your room? " He whispered to her and she nodded.

Not like she had a choice anyways, she felt embarrassed at that moment.

He just seen her cry, she suddenly regretted thinking she was really going to have the upper hand over Bruce and Ella.

She should have stick to always keeping quiet as always. This was a reminder to her to know her place.

Alex lifted her up in his arms, not minding if Bruce would oppose her, but he didn't tho.

Alex walked over to the stairs with Lyra in his arms. He headed to her room.

" Are you fine now? " Bruce asked Ella who now had a wide smile on her lips.

" Of course! I love you so much for putting that bit*ch in her place! " She said excitedly.

Bruce smiled and then pecked her nose. " She would leave soon, I promise. I would get rid of her really soon " He promised in a whisper as he snuggled his nose on hers.
