Meanwhile, outside the door, Carl sighed and finally stopped knocking. ‘What kind of relationship does she have with Jack?’ He asked himself for the umpteenth time. He had intended to bring her closer to him and slowly make her fall for him, but was he hoping too much? What if she loved another person, and if that person was Jack?
