Chapter 90. Stop the Car

Last night, Lake picked up Madison after she closed from work. She was dressed in a semi-formal dress, nothing luxurious but looked gorgeous.

“You look good,” Lake complimented Madison. She smiled, “Thanks.”

Then her expression changed at a glance of him. “You are still in your work clothes, so why did you make me change mine?”

Madison was embittered, feeling odd, especially when there was no remorse on Lake’s face.

“That’s because you are a woman,” Lake said in an amused tone. Madison had very beautiful curves and somehow managed to rock every design of clothing she wore.

There was just one problem. “Your dress is a bit too decent for where we are going, but you should be glad I won’t leave you alone.”
