Mireya planted a kiss on The Past Usher's lips without a trace of shame, even though they weren't alone. Garth was there, too, and he quickly lowered his head and closed his eyes as the sound of the kiss echoed.
Garth held his breath, suppressing the pain in his chest. He felt sorrow for the past Vione and all he could do was pray.
"I'm going home, Usher. I hope you won't stay up too late."
The Past Usher nodded. "Be careful on the way."
"Of course."
Mireya walked away, passing Garth who still had his head down. She clicked her tongue with a sneer, then let out a soft chuckle.
Mireya's car left the palace at exactly eleven o'clock at night. It was already quite late, and to be honest, she was very tired. Her body felt completely exhausted, and if it hadn't been for the incident in the palace dining room, she wouldn't have gone home so late.
