Adam then nervously ran his hands through his hair, pulling it back.
Some memories came to mind. Memories and visions. He could see everything blurred through his mother's eyes, but he could still make out Anna and the children. And he remembered a few things that he had failed to notice because he didn't think they were important. Anna wearing looser clothes, insisting on having sex, only in the dark, mysterious Genevieve, the evasive doctor... They all knew. He would kill them one by one, and let Bonnie use all her creativity, that boy really was her son. They deserved to die slowly. And he wouldn't forgive them. Anna would die too. He would kill her slowly, as he had always wanted to. He would grab her neck and start squeezing it slowly until...
Adam kept walking, saw a restaurant, and entered it. The waiter came quickly towards him.
“Bring me some cognac.” Adam said without being able to look at the young man.
