           Cautiously she looked around and then glanced at her crossbow. Since Max has not shown much concern about Thanatos, she has to find a way to put Thanatos down by herself without any help.

           Meliae still has some unsettled issues with Thanatos for the way he treated her in the past. This is the best time to get her revenge with or without help. She couldn’t shirk off her revenge. She’s so desperate to see Thanatos dead.

           She isn’t ready to dismiss the reserved issues with Thanatos. Just like everyone else in the demon’s castle, Meliae could have been in her bed right now ignoring and acting as if she don’t care, instead, she chose to take the risk of putting down the god of death even though it seems impossible for her to a
