Marvel, Hodesh, and King Aaron continued their journey across the river, heading south, hoping that the sea would take them across the open pirate water and lead them to the black sea. From there, she'd direct the boat to the electrified council's tower to free her friend.

She knew where to find them now, all thanks to the Hodesh tracking spell. She tracked and located her friend last night. It's where she discovered that they were being held inside the electrified council's tower.

How they got there was still a mystery to her because the last time she checked, her friend was with Marcaría. She had kidnapped them, but now they were with the electrified council. To Marvel, that only explained two things: either the electrified council defeated Marvel in a duel to claim her friends, or they were now working together.
